An owner petitioned annexation of 2.69 acres of land into City Limits. This land will be assigned a City Zone based on the current underlying County zone and surrounding City zones. The assigned zone will be AR - Agricultural Residential. The assigned zoning will be heard by the Planning Commission. The annexation and assigned zoning will go before City Council for final approval. Public comment will be taken at those meetings.
