Background

The purpose of this study is to identify project recommendations for the Sudley Manor Drive (Route 1566) corridor from Prince William Parkway (Route 234) to Sudley Road (Route 234 Business) in Prince William County. This study will focus on improving safety, mitigating congestion, preserving capacity (to keep traffic flowing smoothly), multimodal accessibility/connectivity (bicycle, pedestrian and transit), and Transportation Demand Management (TDM). The project recommendations that come from this study will be developed into funding applications for VDOT's SMART SCALE program and other transportation funding programs.

This Phase 2 survey is intended to obtain public input on the alternatives under consideration to address the issues that were identified by the study team.
