Arcola Mills Drive - Loudoun County
The purpose of this study is to assess the Arcola Mills Drive corridor from Stone Springs Boulevard to Loudoun County Parkway. The study will focus on improving safety, mitigating congestion, multimodal accessibility/connectivity (bicycle, pedestrian and transit), and transportation demand management (TDM) needs. This brief survey will provide the study team with valuable context on existing transportation issues in the corridor so that they can be analyzed and addressed in the study.
Project Pipeline is a performance-based planning program to identify cost-effective solutions to multimodal transportation needs in Virginia. Through this planning process, projects and solutions may be considered for funding through programs, including SMART SCALE, revenue sharing, interstate funding and others.
