Encourage diversity of housing as a foundation for affordable, healthy, and thriving communities, particularly for the most vulnerable residents.Maximize the use of land, guiding development to targeted growth areas that lead to resilient communities. 
  • Increase attached units
  • Increase accessible housing for aging populations
  • Support emergency home repairs for low-middle income
  • Support low-income households
  • Increase BIPOC home ownership­­­
  • Guiding growth in areas with supporting infrastructure
  • Encourage subdivisions to conserve more land
  • Complete seven miles of greenways
