PUDC-26-174: Orchard Hills - Annexation
Annexation of 162.42 acres of land into City Limits. This land will be assigned a City Zone based on the current underlying County zone, current use, and surrounding zoning. The assigned zone will be AG - Agriculture. The assigned zoning will be heard by the Planning Commission. The annexation and assigned zoning will go before City Council for final approval. Public comment will be taken at those meetings. Other related projects are: PUDC- 26-176: Future Land Use Map Amendment and PUDC-26-175: Zoning Map Amendment
