Marshall Damage Assessment.
Structural Damage
• Police Department Building: Roof completely torn off; all tin roofing material lost.
• North Side of Town: Multiple buildings with siding torn off due to high winds.
• Community Dump: Signs blown away or damaged during the storm.
Infrastructure and Utilities
• Sewage Lagoon: Erosion is threatening Pump #3 and the raw sewage line, posing potential environmental and sanitation risks.
• Power & Communications:
• Power lines between the airport and town are damaged.
• Telephone lines are down; repairs are in progress.
• Henrietta Coffee (residence) possibly without power - 907-679-6226.
Equipment Needs
• Community requires a new dump truck and a mini backhoe/excavator to complete essential city projects and infrastructure repairs locally.
