Provide input on recommended alternatives to improve Route 627 (Richmond-Henrico Turnpike/Meadowbridge Road) between Azalea Avenue and I-295. Your feedback will help local leaders determine whether to pursue future funding opportunities.
Project Pipeline is a performance-based planning program to identify cost-effective solutions to multimodal transportation needs in Virginia. Through this planning process, projects and solutions may be considered for funding through programs, including SMART SCALE, revenue sharing, interstate funding and others.

Background
The purpose of this study is to identify project recommendations for the Route 627 (Richmond-Henrico Turnpike/Meadowbridge Road) corridor between Azalea Avenue and I-295 in Hanover County and Henrico County. This study will focus on improving safety and operations. The project recommendations that come from this study will be developed into funding applications for VDOT's SMART SCALE program and other transportation funding programs.
This Phase 2 survey is intended to obtain public input on the alternatives under consideration to address the issues that were identified by the study team.
