Route 14 (Gloucester County) STARS Study

This STARS (Strategically Targeted Affordable Roadway Solutions) study assesses potential safety and operational improvements along Route 14 between Route 17 Business (Main Street) and Ware Neck Road in Gloucester County to address safety, congestion, access management, and bicycle/pedestrian accommodation needs identified within the study area.
