STARS Route 3 Study

This STARS (Strategically Targeted Affordable Roadway Solutions) study assesses potential safety and operational improvements along Route 3 between Hawthorne Avenue and School Street in the Town of Kilmarnock to address safety, congestion, access management, and bicycle/pedestrian accommodation needs identified within the study area.
