This STARS (Strategically Targeted Affordable Roadway Solutions) study evaluates an approximately 8.3-mile section of Route 7 (Leesburg Pike/Market St) from the Leesburg Bypass (US 15 BYP) to Algonkian Pkwy in Loudoun County and the Town of Leesburg. Parts of this corridor experience recurring traffic backups, delays, and safety issues, especially during rush hours and around interchanges. The purpose of the study is to identify operational and safety concerns and develop solutions to address them.
