Christopher PabiloniaBikers and scooters need a separation barrier from cars going North and South. Without it, nobody will “share” the road with cars.
Reply10 Agree4 months ago
Wilson Southern section should remain pedestrian and bike friendly (safe). Transit should focus on northern and middle sections. INOVA, Mosaic, and Dunn Loring make sense.

Again we need BRT in the commercial areas of Annandale especially near John Marr as we are getting mixed use there. We need a lot more mixed use in Annandale’ then maybe within a few decades we could get a metro station

Highly agree, the Eastgate development is highly encouraging if only we had the bowlero redevelopment, we need to convert the service roads to bike lanes

MichaelThe options that connect to the W&OD trail would be neat
Reply31 Agree5 months ago
Anything that improves metro and WOD trail connectivity.
Reply25 Agree4 months ago
Connection to a reliable north/south bike path would be key. Ideally could connect to the W&OD trail too.
Reply14 Agree4 months ago
This is a pretty big span, it might make sense to consider two crossovers, one near term to go with the current project and a longer term plan to connect active transportation networks.
Reply13 Agree5 months ago
AlexPlease do either 3 or 4 because Route 50 is currently not safe to walk along!
