Greenwood/Bridgeville Transportation Plan

DelDOT Planning is working with the towns of Greenwood and Bridgeville to develop a future-looking, long-range transportation plan for Greenwood, Bridgeville, and the areas surrounding the towns, which will help integrate transportation improvements with community goals and visions.

The final draft report for the Greenwood / Bridgeville Transportation study and planning process is complete and was presented at the stakeholder meeting held virutally on March 14, 2024 (link to recording). Kickoff (November 2022)

The Stakeholder Committee began meeting monthly, starting in November 2022, and will continue to meet through the planning process. The Committee's role is to provide input on existing conditions and concerns, offer broader views of the community as a whole, in addition to individual views, offer suggestions to DelDOT and the Towns, and build community support toward the process and plan.
