Background

The purpose of this study is to identify project recommendations for the Peppers Ferry Road (Route 114) corridor from Shamrock Circle to Rolling Hills Drive with a focus on improving roadway safety. The project recommendations that come from this study will be developed into funding applications for VDOT's SMART SCALE program and other transportation funding programs.

This Phase 2 survey is intended to obtain public input on the alternatives under consideration to address the issues that were identified by the study team and through the Phase 1 survey that was conducted in August 2023.
