Sammamish River Capital Investment Strategy - Alternatives Survey

The King County Flood Control District, with King County as service provider, is developing the Sammamish River CIS with several phases of public outreach. The first phase of outreach took place in 2023. King County reached out to communities who live and work near the Sammamish River about their perspectives on the river and its management. Information collected during that phase was used to develop three options, or alternatives, for the sorts of projects and programs (shown below) that could be included in the CIS.
