Background

The purpose of this study is to identify project recommendations for the Rosser Avenue corridor in the City of Waynesboro between Ladd Road and Northgate Avenue. The intent of the study is to improve safety, reduce congestion, and make it easier for people to walk, bike, and drive along this key north–south route connecting neighborhoods, businesses, and I-64.

This is a planning-level study. The proposed roadway modifications described in this survey are not final and have not received funding for construction. This Phase 2 survey is intended to obtain public input on the alternatives under consideration to address the issues that were identified by the study team.
