The comment period for the draft of the 2050 Strasburg Subarea Plan is closed. The final Plan is now being developed and will be ready for adoption in Spring 2026. When available, the final draft and hearing dates will be shared on this website and through our mailing list. You can view the draft document in the Documents section below; however, some changes will be made based on community feedback.

Strasburg Plan - Formal Adoption

As an amendment to both the Arapahoe County and Adams County Comprehensive Plans, the 2050 Strasburg Subarea Plan will need to be adopted by both the Planning Commission and Board of County Commissioners of each County. We anticipate these dates will be scheduled in early 2026; we will share these dates as soon as we have them.
