Minimum Wage Initiative

Did you know Adams County is considering a potential countywide minimum wage? To ensure the county is making a well-informed decision, we are working to understand the economic impacts of different minimum wage policies for workers, businesses, residents, local government, and the local economy. Part of this process includes having public listening sessions, where we want you to share your opinion. Please join us at an upcoming, virtual hour-long listening session to share your thoughts on minimum wage policy, how it might impact our community, and what factors Adams County should consider in this decision.
