2023-2026 Funding Program (TIP) - Amendment 4
2023-2026 Funding Program (TIP) - Amendment 4
Known as the Transportation Improvement Program (TIP) in the federal planning process, the Funding Program details which projects will take place over the next four years and ensures that they fit the budget. These projects come from or are consistent with the Transportation Plan.
Overview
AMATS initially released Amendment #4 to the 2023–2026 Funding Program (TIP) on January 1, 2026, for a 45-day public comment period.
Following feedback received during that period, AMATS has made four changes to the amendment and is now opening a second 15-day public comment period through March 9, 2026. The changes are outlined in the memorandum below and highlighted in yellow in the draft TIP tables. These changes did not trigger the need for a new air quality conformity demonstration, but the original document is still provided for your information and review. The original changes in the amendment are highlighted by red text and the original memo outlines those changes made.
