STARS US 52 / 4th Street Corridor Study
The US-52/4th Street STARS Study in the Town of Wytheville is a project intended to review and evaluate safety, operational, and multimodal conditions along the corridor from Fairview Road to Main Street. The purpose of the study will be to identify and develop potential short and long term solutions or projects for critical areas with a focus on improving safety at key high crash locations as well as maintaining adequate operations along the corridor. Multimodal (bike, pedestrian, and transit) improvements will be evaluated and solutions recommended where appropriate.
