Fresno Council of Governments is receiving $13 million in state funding to develop plans or pay for projects that significantly help to reduce the number of miles our residents have to drive each day. This would be done by putting housing and shopping, schools, etc. closer together, or increasing opportunities to walk, bike or take transit.
