Project Description

The purpose of this project is to replace the 4400 South bridge over I-15 and two bridges on I-84 over 4400 South between the cities of Roy and Riverdale. There will be residential, commercial, and public properties in the project area. This project includes both final design and construction phases. Construction will begin in 2025. This work is expected to take at least two construction seasons, with plans to finish in late 2026.

To improve quality of life and accommodate the ever-growing needs of our state, UDOT is committed to keeping Utah moving both now and in the future. We monitor the health of our infrastructure because safety is our priority. Inspections allow us to act well in advance to replace structures on their way towards disrepair. We are partnering with the cities of Roy and Riverdale to make these improvements to local infrastructure to reduce disruption to the community.
