The West Creek Area Transportation Access Plan study is located in Goochland County, approximately 15 miles northwest of downtown Richmond, southwest of Short Pump and near the I-64 and Route 288 interchange. The study area is bounded by I-64 to the north, West Creek Parkway to the south, Hockett Road (Route 623) to the west, and the Goochland/Henrico County line to the east.
