- Assessments complete, no damage reported.
1/13/26
- Brice: Covered exposed septic system, and packing the remaining debris.
1/12/26
- Brice: Covered exposed septic system, and packing the remaining debris.
1/7/26
- Brice: Contractor demolishing last big section of building. The section is twice wider than all previous section, to demolition process will take more time than previous section because excavator can't reach all walls from one side and will have to move equipment around perimeter of the building. No other issue, everything is going normal.
1/5/26
- Brice: Continue demo of Roadhouse. Fencing crew has been attempting to get to St. Mary’s without success yet, hopefully tomorrow. Materials are onsite.
1/4/26
- Brice: Current weather conditions, temperature -12F, wind 24 mph, with wind chill @ -40F. Roof of the building partly collapsed, but no debris blown onto the airfield. The contractor performed no work.

- Brice Construction clearing out the inside of the remaining roadhouse building, disassembling walls and insulation by hand from the inside without use of the excavator due to the wind.
