Hosted by Adams County’s Office of Strategic Partnerships & Resilient Communities (SPARC), this full-day, in-person conference is designed for nonprofits and community-based organizations serving Adams County residents.

Thank you to everyone who joined us for the 2026 SPARCing Local Connections Conference.

The day opened with a keynote focused on building connection and collective possibility, followed by interactive breakout sessions that offered practical tools, ideas, and strategies to support nonprofit work. Sessions explored topics such as organizational sustainability, collaboration, data and evaluation, AI, nonprofit culture and HR, systems navigation, and turning priorities into action.

We are grateful to the nonprofit and community-based organization partners who attended, the speakers and panelists who shared their time and expertise, and the Adams County employees who helped create a meaningful experience for our community partners.
