The street lights on Culebra are awful. It makes it difficult to see people crossing, especially since pedestrians rarely use the crosswalks. Late at night, you can hear cars racing up and down the street. I live 3 streets in off Culebra and I can still hear it. There needs to be more patrols to catch the speeders/racers on that road.

Too many cars speeding going way over speed limit

I bike very frequently on Culebra Rd. Even with bike lanes drivers are a huge hazard. Plus, the bike lanes get full of debris, and it forces cyclists to ride closer to the road. This plays a big part in every cyclist safety.

Heavy intervention with turn lanes, buses and padistrians crossing, and speading traffic in peek driving times is an issue.

Also lack of visible painted street lanes, I no longer drive thru this intersection because if the speeds and issues , not to mention the horrible accident a few months ago where a woman was killed due to a high speed driver ran the light driving east on Culebra rd.

The pool opening up to the picnic area makes more sense
Reply2 Agree2 years ago
The picnic area is close to the shallow entry which makes more sense than ha ing it next to the deep end/lap swim section

The shading and longer shallow entry which is perfect for toddlers and children who can't swim & picnic area.

The big picnic area.

The shade structures are next to the zero-entry area and the slide. It feels like a better separation of a shaded family area to keep kids out of the sun.

Definitely needs as much shade lining the deck as possible. It’s just not safe otherwise.
