WELCOME TO THE ONLINE PUBLIC HEARING
The public is invited to participate in an online public hearing to review and provide feedback on proposed improvements to the intersection of 4500 South and Atwood Boulevard (approximately 300 East) in Murray City. The project improvements will include installing new traffic lights on each leg of the intersection to improve safety for drivers and pedestrians.

ONLINE PUBLIC HEARING DETAILS
When: Tuesday, May 4, 2021, from 5:30-6:30 p.m.
Where: At 5:30 p.m. you will be able to view the video stream for the online public hearing. Be sure to adjust your computer’s speakers to hear the event.
To listen to the public hearing on a phone, dial 855-925-2801 and enter code 5419. Then, press 1 to listen to the meeting.
Participants can ask questions to the study team by using the chat box located to the right of the meeting video.
Presentation: 5:35 p.m. – 5:50 p.m.
- Beginning at 5:35 p.m., the project team will begin a presentation.
Verbal Comment Opportunity: 5:50 - 6:30 p.m.
- From 5:50 - 6:30 p.m., the public will have the opportunity to provide verbal comments. These comments will be included and responded to in the environmental document.
Please note: if public comments are finished by 6:15 p.m., the public hearing will conclude early at 6:15 p.m.
How to Participate - Verbal Comments:
- Enter the call-in number listed below and record a voicemail.
- Please mute your computer speakers before you call in.
- Dial 855-925-2801 and enter code 5419. Press * for more options. Then, press 2.
- Please state and spell your name. Next, record your comment, for up to three minutes.
- Voicemail recordings will be played into the public hearing in the order they are received.
The online public hearing will be recorded and available to view on the UDOT YouTube account.
