Countywide online survey and pop-up events to learn about and quantify mobility need and gaps.

A countywide online survey and a series of pop-up events were conducted to better understand and quantify mobility needs and service gaps.

In Fall 2024 and Winter 2025, outreach efforts included:

• Interviews with over 30 human and social service agencies
• Presentations to advisory bodies and community events
• Nearly 800 survey responses
• Over 130 comments received via social media

Existing Conditions and Inventory Development

Demographic analysis of target groups and inventory of available transportation providers.

A demographic analysis of target populations and an inventory of available transportation services were conducted to assess existing conditions.

In Winter 2025, this effort included consultations with:

• 7 public transit operators
• 25 specialized transportation providers

Goals and Strategies Development

Develop plan goals and strategies to address mobility needs and gaps in service.

Plan goals and strategies were developed to address identified mobility needs and service gaps.

In Spring 2025, building on interviews, surveys, and feedback from public agencies, the Goals and Strategies Handout was developed.

Prioritization Workshop

Countywide workshops were held to review and prioritize draft goals and strategies.

In July 2025, more than 40 participants contributed to the strategy prioritization process for the Coordinated Plan.
