The Cibolo EDC, in partnership with the City of Cibolo, is in the process of updating its Strategic Plan.  An economic development Strategic Plan is a data-driven effort that seeks to obtain information about the City of Cibolo and the Greater San Antonio Region that will inform future economic development strategies for the City government, the EDC, and the community’s implementation partners.  The initial effort is to revisit the existing vision for economic development and land use within the county.  An integral component of defining (or refining) the community’s economic development goals is to engage citizens to better understand what the community wants Cibolo to look like in the future.  To this point, the EDC and the City have released a Resident Survey and Business Survey to learn your thoughts about economic growth and prosperity for the community.
