The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) will be implementing a new eastbound (EB) passing lane near the Sand Hollow Resort on State Route 7 (Southern Parkway) in Washington County. The project objectives are focused on improving traffic flow, reducing congestion, and enhancing safety along this busy corridor. By providing an additional lane for passing, the project will help balance traffic speeds, improve travel reliability, and create a smoother, more predictable driving experience for all road users.
