Germanna Point Drive Extension EA Hearing
On behalf of Spotsylvania County, the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT), in coordination with the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), is conducting the environmental review process to evaluate transportation improvements to expand the road network in the vicinity of Germanna Point Drive and Spotsylvania Avenue in Spotsylvania County, Virginia. Pursuant to the National Environmental Policy Act of 1969 (NEPA), an Environmental Assessment (EA) has been prepared to evaluate effects of the project on environmental, cultural, and community resources in the study area.
The purpose of this meeting is to:
• Present the EA and technical supporting documents
• Obtain input from the public
