About Title VI:

The Title VI Program Plan, commonly referred to at the Title VI Plan, is produced to ensure compliance with the Civil Rights Act of 1964. The Title VI Plan with guidance provided by the North Carolina Department of Transportation's Office of Civil Rights. The Title VI Plan includes, but is not limited to the following:

The Public Comment Period for the draft 2026 Title VI Plan will be open starting on Wednesday, March 25th, 2026 and will remain open for 30 days until April 24th, 2026.

Technical Committee Presentation | 06/02/2026
