第六章計劃計劃，通常喺第六章計劃入面稱為，係為咗確保遵守1964年嘅《民權法》而制定。第六章計劃係由北卡羅萊納州運輸部嘅民權辦公室提供嘅指引。第六章計劃包括但唔限於以下：

  • 人手同組織
  • 數據分析同報告
  • 相關計劃
    • 環境正義報告
    • 英文能力有限嘅語言接入計劃
    • 公眾參與
  • 程序
    • 外部歧視投訴程序
    • 合規同執行
    • 培訓
