Environmental Assessment Now Complete

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA), in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), to evaluate potential improvements to the South Cedar Interchange (Exit 57) of I-15 in Cedar City. This EA considered current and future transportation needs while taking into account any potential impacts to the natural and built environments. 

UDOT has determined that this project will not have any significant impact on the natural or built environment and has prepared a Finding of No Significant Impact (FONSI), available here:

Overview

The Utah Department of Transportation (UDOT) prepared an Environmental Assessment (EA), in accordance with the National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA), to evaluate potential improvements to the South Cedar Interchange (Exit 57) of I-15 in Cedar City. This EA considered current and future transportation needs while taking into account any potential impacts to the natural and built environments.
