Virtual Workshop
Virtual Workshop
Community Workshop, Virtual Edition
The consultant team for the new comprehensive plan created a virtual workshop for community members who were not able to attend the in-person Community Ideas Exchange Workshop held at the Homewood Senior Center on Thursday, January 29, 2026. The virtual workshop provides additional opportunities to be heard in a way organized around the same stations used at the in-person event.
Do not forget to visit our Engagement Dashboard page on the website (see the link in the banner above) after finishing the virtual workshop exercises so we can track our engagement.
The virtual workshop is geared to be a digital-twin of the in-person event to the greatest extent possible. Feedback from the website will be combined with input from the in-person event for reporting. Be sure to click the nine "participate" buttons in the boxes underneath the photo from our live event to access all of the station exercises created for the virtual event. You can always come back to the landing page for the nine stations by hitting the "Virtual Workshop" button in the banner above.
You can start and stop in the virtual workshop as you wish. Some participants decide to complete all nine stations in one sitting. Others complete them over multiple visits.
The virtual workshop will close on March 9, 2026, so the consultant team has enough time to combine the input received from both the in-person and virtual events.
