Would a dedicated "Green Room" where a bride or groom could get dressed and prepped or other "back of house" area improve the function of the Zilker Clubhouse as an event venue? Please slide the response to how strongly you feel.

If you want an expensive, perfect place for a wedding that has a dedicated green room there are dozens of expensive options for you in this city. The clubhouse was a uniquely Austin experience that doesn’t have all the fancy bells and whistles and that’s exactly why we liked it and why it should be left as is.
Even though we live nearby we rented an Airbnb to get ready in. This cost an additional $600 because of the 2 night minimum. We did use the the rental for other things, but a bridal ready space would have been worth paying extra at the venue. Also, getting to the venue dressed with nobody seeing you but feeling relaxed is basically impossible.
The Clubhouse is a historic facility and therefore is not air conditioned in the Main Hall. Based on your experience in the space, please position the slider to identify how strongly you feel between these two options.

My response depends on the way the AC would be installed. An AC would have given our wedding group more comfort, but it wouldn't have been worth the tradeoff of large AC ducts were weaving in and out of the charming rafters in the ceiling. Also related, please consider relocating the large heaters on either end with any new HVAC system. They currently do take away from the historic feel of the clubhouse and are difficult to keep out of frame in photos :-)
Our last event was in January, so, not a big deal. However, it would be ideal if A/C could be done in a non-intrusive manner. We do live in Texas after all!
We considered having the ceremony on the lawn but the propane tank is not nice to look at and the hill slopes too much. We considered setting up some games over there, too, but the slope is tough for that. All that said, I think there's plenty of space for people without it being totally useable.
We loved having this area for large family photos at our wedding. The natural area combined with the "parkitecture" of the building gave us the feeling that we were in a park and not a wedding venue.
