About This Plan:

The Flint Riverway Trail and Bicycle Facilities Plan will look at ways to build new trails and paths along the Flint River. The plan will help make it easier for people to get to the river, connect to nearby communities and places, and enjoy the outdoors. It will also look at ways to protect the river’s natural beauty and history while helping nearby communities grow.

Throughout the planning process, local leaders, community groups, and people like you will help plan the future of the Flint River area.

Three-Phase Engagement Process

Phase 1: Listen and Understand
Understand community vision, goals, values, experiences, and needs before developing potential alternatives.

Phase 2: Explore and Refine
Develop potential design and network alternatives and return to the community for feedback.

Phase 3: Finalize the Plans
Use community feedback to refine and finalize the plans and share the results.

• October 29, 6 PM - Griffin Trick or Treat at Oak Hill Cemetery in Griffin, Georgia
