U.S. Route 460 safety improvements at Bluefield

Benefits

The proposed safety project on U.S. Route 460 between Commerce Drive and Leatherwood Lane in Bluefield includes construction of offset left-turn lanes to improve sight distance at two intersections. It also includes the replacement of the traffic signal at each intersection.

Public Outreach

A design public hearing will be held for this project:

  • Tuesday, April 25, from 4-6 p.m. at Bluefield Town Hall located at 112 Huffard Drive in Bluefield, VA 24605 .

The public comment period closes May 5, 2023.
