Boards and Commissions Virtual Meeting HUB
Boards and Commissions Virtual Meeting HUB
Thank you for staying engaged and getting involved with your local government. The City is currently in the process of phasing in board and commission meetings.
To meet the state guidelines for virtual meetings, there will be additional staff behind the scenes to ensure each meeting has the necessary support. For this reason, meetings with legal functions are being scheduled first.
All meetings will be hosted virtually and streamed simultaneously on the City’s Public Engagement Hub and YouTube channel. In addition to live-streaming, individuals can call in by phone to listen to each of the meetings live. Community members will be able to submit written comments or leave a voice message for public comment for individual board meetings. All comments should be submitted no later than the close of business the day before any meeting.
Please visit each committee webpage or this page for detailed meeting information, including how to view the meeting and leave a public comment for the individual meetings.
For more details, check out the Boards and Commissions page.
