I live on Glenwood Ave, 2 blocks from five points. Glenwood is like a racetrack. Motorcycles roar up & down Glenwood Ave b/w 10 & 11 pm 6 or more at the same time. Need more police to sit at the medium strip to give tickets to the speeders.

I live on the Circle — no other options but to walk along Glenwood even for a short bit to access other safe side streets.

Speeding is the largest hazard on ALL of Glenwood Ave. The city should be ashamed for allowing this.

live on Whitaker Mill- 2 lane portion - the large industrial trucks and the buses can literally blow you off the sidewalk at times with their speed

This is little to no change of what currently exists.. add the pedestrian buffers/paths to this and we may have something.

This will be ideal to keep cars speeding on Glenwood avenue. No benefits for pedestrians, bikes and alternative mobilities.

I love this plan and hope it is adopted. The single lane will slow the traffic down. I believe that of all the proposals, this one will improve the look and atmosphere of Five Points the most. Having a dedicated parking lane would be an big improvement for residents and businesses. I have concerns about bars in the area and the unpleasant side effects for residents.

I support this concept and believe it would solve the traffic related issues in Five Points. It would also eliminate the ugly traffic lights in the intersection which would be wonderful. I am a long-time resident who has never felt safe parking in front of my house (multiple cars hit over the years, ours and guests), I support this concept 100%. This concept would make Five Points attractive, something it has never been.

The added expense of this alternative makes it completely undesirable from my point of view, regardless of any of the above improvments.

This concept would allow higher speeds than a single lane concept. I don't think that's what we need here. We need speed reduction for cars and protected bike lanes and pedestrian infrastructure.

While this would be an improvement, many folks would not be able to deal with a multilane roundabout.

This would be an improvement but the multi-lane roundabouts are confusing sometimes and might cause other traffic problems. This concept would not change the street parking where I live but it would be safer for walkers but not as safe as the one-lane roundabout.

Speed limit from Oberlin and south needs to be 25mph and the limt needs to drop to 35mph by Glen Eden. None of these proposals do anything to slow traffic into and out of the intersection! We need a holistic plan. Addressing only one interestion is a waste of time! And the situation is only going to get worse with the new development on Oberlin. You own traffic study shows how bad the speeding is. Put one roundabout north of the Five Pts intersection (some where south of St Marys) and one south of it. Slow everyone down coming into and out of the intersection.

The first option will do nothing to address our concerns (#1 is speeding cars!) and the two rotary options will make our situation dramatically worse. We live on The Circle Drive. With a roundabout in place, we will not be able to turn left or right from The Circle Dr during the evening rush hour because traffic will be steady nor will we be able to turn left onto our street. The Circle Drive has no option but Glenwood. We will be trapped on The Circle or away from it during the evening rush hour. Currently, the lights (Five Pts & St. Marys) are well timed and with patience you can get out (even turning left) at any time of day. The roundabouts will make our little street a nightmare.

This concept is not a major improvement. It improves things for cars and maybe people trying to cross the street. It doesn't address much else.
