REPLACEMENT OF BRIDGES ON THE GREAT SMOKY MOUNTAIN EXPRESSWAY
The N.C. Department of Transportation is proposing to make improvements along U.S. 23/74 from west of Richland Creek to west of N.C. 209 located in Haywood County.
