How does pricing work?

PublicInput pricing depends on the plan you select for your community (Listen, Engage, Engage Plus) and the population size you serve—creating a sliding scale price to ensure PublicInput is affordable for every community.

Can you send me a price sheet right away?

We want to get you a price that fits your needs and budget – ASAP.  To do that, we need a bit of context, and a quick 30-minute info session is usually sufficient to be able to recommend a plan that is right for your team.

What is the difference between Engage and Engage Plus?

Engage Plus gives staff the ability to completely customize PublicInput with any number of outside tools — creating a single source of truth no matter how complex their current systems are. Engage Plus also comes pre-loaded with AI-powered tools and demographic data for a powerful, turnkey solution on day one.

Can I migrate my data and contacts from other softwares?

Absolutely! There’s no need to worry about losing the work you have already done to build resident relationships. Your Implementation Specialist will walk you through how to quickly migrate your data, organize it, and hit the ground running with PublicInput.

Do I have to pay per PublicInput user seat?

No. Your plan will be sized for your team – and its consultant partners – to be able to manage your community engagement in one place.

Does PublicInput have different admin roles or access levels?

Yes. PublicInput is built to manage enterprise-grade role and permission management.

You can extend admin access for common roles such as “Viewer”, “Editor”, “Publisher”, and “Administrator”, and access can be specific to an individual project, team, department, or organization-wide.

Did we mention we’re built to work with your consultants? Special permissions exist to enable seamless collaboration with outside consultants, all while giving your organization control over data privacy and security.
