Collecting Better Community Feedback
Make it easier for residents to discover surveys and other opportunities to share their perspectives.
Challenge
Good feedback starts with reaching people who have something to contribute. Relying on website traffic or passive outreach can make it difficult to get enough people to participate, particularly when a survey or engagement opportunity has a limited response window.
Agencies need a straightforward way to invite residents to participate and remind them before an opportunity closes.
Solution
PublicInput’s integrated email makes it easy to invite subscribers to surveys, public comment opportunities, and other ways to participate. Teams can send invitations and reminders with direct links to engagement activities, while the AI Email Builder can pull content and live polls from an existing project into the campaign. That means less time recreating information and a more direct connection between outreach and the opportunity to provide input.
